In this my native land we refer to Avocado as Zaboca, and here is a tree on my Aunt's land.  We came home with a few spoils from the garden.

The rain has been coming down everyday as we say "bucket ah drop".  Here is an example of my windscreen stuck in traffic between wipes of the wiper blade.  I thought black and white would show the true gloom of it.

Measuring water lines and clearances on our property.  Pure greenery surrounds us on this land.

All the rain we've been getting aids in keeping the environment lush and green, however, it makes grass cutting near impossible.  Rapid regrowth of grass is hard to keep up with.

There is an old adage that says ‘growing up, cousins are your best friends’.  Well I had those indeed and spent many an Easter, August, Carnival, Borough Day vacation with these and several others.  Always good to reconnect with your family, after many years of outside living.  Love them both.

Our city, the city of Port of Spain has an interesting skyline.  I was driving down Wrightson road just admiring the sky and the scape of a few of the taller buildings.  I snatched my camera from the backseat at a traffic light and took this view.
